HeySage is an AI-powered voice companion that provides conversational support. The Service is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or legal advice.
3. User Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: attempting to reverse-engineer the AI, using the Service for harmful or illegal purposes, or interfering with the Service's operation.
5. Subscriptions & Billing
Paid features are billed according to the plan selected. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of HeySage are owned by us. Your conversation data belongs to you, subject to the license granted to operate the Service.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
