We collect information you provide directly: your name, email address (via Google Sign-In), voice conversation transcripts, and preferences you set within the app.

Your data is used to provide and improve the Service, including: personalizing conversations, generating insights and memory, and maintaining your account. We do not sell your personal data.

Voice conversations are transcribed and stored to provide continuity and memory features. Transcripts are encrypted at rest and associated with your account. You can delete your conversation history at any time from Settings.

Your conversations are processed by AI models to generate responses, extract insights, and build understanding over time. This processing is essential to the Service's core functionality.

Data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure with encryption in transit and at rest. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information.

We use the following third-party services to operate HeySage:

• Google Sign-In for authentication
• LiveKit for real-time voice communication
• OpenAI for AI language processing
• Deepgram for speech-to-text
• Stripe for payment processing
• Neon for database hosting

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time through Settings or by contacting us.

HeySage is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or via email.
